You may download the new, 2012 form here. Whether you are renewing an existing membership, or are joining for the first time, please use this form. A checkbox in column three allows you to select whether the form is for new or renewal membership.
The form is a "typable" PDF, so just download it, complete it by typing directly onto the form, print and mail/fax it to us. Easy! Of course you can just download the form and type or print directly onto the paper copy, too. The mailing address is printed on the form.
In order to encourge new Family members to join, we are extending the reduced family membership fees. This is a reduced Family Membership fee effective for the first year of club membership. See the renewal/join form for details and fees.
